This week I dive into case study #5 with a lesson on business models and reputation management. This lesson is derived from Groupon, the pioneer of digital coupons.  There are several mini-lessons within this case study.  Not the lease of which was the way the CEO handled people, customers… and financials.  It all came together to be a perfect storm of what NOT to do!
